Global markets – US indices closed negative on Thursday as sell off in United Health group dragged US indices lower. Dow Jones fell by 1.3 pct. While Nasdaq closed red by 0.1 pct.

Asian markets – Asian markets trading mixed in the early morning trade, Hang Seng closed green by 1.6 pct. While Nikkei trading lower by 1.2 pct.
Indian Indices – India’s equity benchmarks are likely to open flat as Gift Nifty indicates. Benchmark indices rallied 4th straight sessions led by strong gains in banking stocks and hopes of favourable trade negotiations between India and the US.

- Shree Cement – Commissions new 3.4 MTPA clinker grinding unit in Chhattisgarh.
- Adani Ports – Non-cash deal for Australian port asset, analysts see positive impact on earnings.
